Card payments carry a 3% surcharge on credit cards, never on debit. Bank transfer is $10.00 per payment.
Annual billing is twelve months less 10%, so a year costs 10.8 months.
Sales tax is calculated at checkout from your billing address.
A card is required to start a trial. Nothing is charged for 3 days, and the first invoice is for the seat count you chose at signup.
